What you will do
- Manage vendor execution for new product launches, including purchase order acceptance, first-order delivery, replenishment readiness, and future fabric and trim availability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality apparel with reliable on-time delivery and fast replenishment.
- Participate in weekly business reviews with manufacturing partners and monitor on-time delivery and ex-factory performance.
- Coordinate with planning teams and vendors to ensure fabric, trim, and production capacity readiness.
- Maintain accurate production statuses in the Vendor Portal.
- Partner with logistics and manufacturing teams to achieve 24-hour shipment expectations and error-free fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics, inventory control, demand planning, and material flow optimization.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
