Maintenance Coordinator, CMDI (Chemical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Specify and plan non-urgent maintenance work packages within safety, quality, resource, and budget requirements.
• Organize labor and materials and control maintenance work orders through SAP.
• Monitor and report maintenance key performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain job specifications and plans for routine maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities during major overhauls and unplanned breakdowns.
• Prepare monthly mechanical maintenance and project status reports.

Requirements

• College degree in chemical equipment or a related specialty; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of chemical equipment such as columns, drums, heat exchangers, pumps, fans, and compressors, including maintenance principles.
• At least 2 years of equipment maintenance experience; equipment management and project experience are preferred.
• Mechanical fitting or piping experience in a chemical plant is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP is preferred.
• Good spoken and written English, including listening and reading.

• Strong interpersonal communication and self-learning skills.
• Shanghai hazardous chemicals production enterprise personnel certificate.
