Warehouse Management Trainee

Pay: $26–$32 per hour

What you will do

• Complete an 18-month rotational program covering warehouse operations management.
• Train across inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse departments.
• Develop management skills that support accuracy, safety, and operational performance.
• Complete forklift and warehouse equipment certifications during rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Self-motivated, collaborative approach with the ability to multitask.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to relocate to another hirify.global warehouse location as needed, with relocation support for qualified candidates.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
