Equipment Operator - Nights

Location: Boston Heights, Ohio, USA; onsite at the Boston Heights distribution center

Salary: $22.00/hour plus a $2.00/hour night-shift premium

What you will do

• Operate power mobile material-handling equipment, including cherry pickers, reach trucks, and high-level pickers.
• Use an RF gun to select orders and put away products according to system-directed order types.
• Retrieve, stage, and move merchandise accurately in assigned areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through RF transactions.
• Protect merchandise during movement from racks to the dock.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently according to company standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 150 pounds with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit-down tow motor, or rider pallet jack.
• Ability to operate equipment at heights of up to 35 feet.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and distribution or warehouse practices, including picking, packing, and shipping and receiving.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
