Rotational Analyst, 2027 Leadership Development Program (FinTech)

What you will do

• Complete three six-month rotations across ION's core capabilities during the first 18 months.
• Contribute to projects in product management, account management, sales, implementation consulting, data operations and automation, pre-sales, editorial, or investigative research.
• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations, analyses, and activity reports.
• Take ownership of challenging projects, manage deadlines, and participate in customer status calls.
• Automate complex internal and customer-facing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Transition into a focused deep-dive role after completing the rotational program.

Requirements

• 2026 graduation and a 2:1 degree classification or above.
• Degree in STEM, business, or economics, and/or demonstrable interest in finance or technology.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask under pressure, manage deadlines, and understand the reasons behind complex problems.
• Passion for learning, self-improvement, and challenging existing assumptions.

Hiring process

• Complete online verbal and numerical reasoning assessments within four days of receiving the test link.
• Attend a video interview if selected.
• Complete a final assessment day with interviews, a case study, and a group exercise.
