Graphics Supplies Product Engineer

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners from new product introduction through end of lifecycle.
• Analyze defective products and sub-assemblies, customer feedback, manufacturing results, testing, and quality assurance data.
• Communicate product and process issues to stakeholders and recommend improvements that reduce defects, improve quality, and lower costs.
• Represent product engineering in larger and more complex development and manufacturing projects.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, or electrical engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using engineering tools and software to test, design, and evaluate products and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of material properties and hardware and electrical component design and manufacture.
• Experience with empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies for validating product designs and specifications.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to negotiate at management levels.
