Senior Electronics Design Sustaining Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with external vendors to support engineering validation and turnkey manufacturing solutions.
• Design, sustain, and troubleshoot printed circuit boards, power supplies, and electronic test fixtures.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations for analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Conduct hands-on PCBA debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, and other laboratory equipment.
• Execute sustaining engineering activities, including corrective actions, ECOs, and manufacturability improvements.
• Collaborate with systems, software, manufacturing, service, and supply-chain teams; maintain engineering documentation and communicate technical findings, risks, and project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in electronics design, sustaining engineering, or board-level support roles.
• Hands-on experience debugging PCBAs and electronic subsystems.
• Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
