Technical Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead complex technical projects from planning through implementation and operational handover.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, business stakeholders, locations, and time zones.
• Build project plans covering scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with developers, quants, traders, infrastructure teams, and other technology stakeholders.
• Identify blockers and cross-team dependencies, drive resolution, and escalate when required.
• Improve project delivery practices, governance, communication, and collaboration across Technology.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing complex technical, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Experience delivering projects across geographic regions or globally distributed teams.
• Understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle from planning and design through implementation and operational handover.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical depth sufficient to engage credibly with engineers and understand technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, trading technology, infrastructure, platform engineering, or another business-critical technology environment.
