Senior Market Data Engineer (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Hong Kong or Singapore; relocation support available.

Salary: HKD 2,000,000–5,000,000 per annum, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable market data systems supporting low-latency trading across global markets.
• Build and enhance global market data infrastructure for the next generation of trading capabilities.
• Support market data for APAC equities and other global markets.
• Manage market data quality, validation, and historical data workflows.
• Work with external market data vendors within a high-performance engineering team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in market data engineering or related roles.
• Strong commercial development experience in C.
• Experience in quantitative trading, hedge funds, fintech, or AI-driven investment management.
• Hands-on experience with NBBO and historical market data.
• Understanding of market data management, data quality, and validation.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.
