What you will do
- Process end-to-end payroll across multiple contracts and within defined deadlines.
- Set up new starters, process leavers, and calculate termination, redundancy, and notice payments.
- Calculate statutory and occupational payments, including maternity, paternity, and sick pay.
- Produce payroll reports and maintain accurate records and filing.
- Liaise with internal departments, pension providers, HMRC, and courts.
- Respond to payroll queries and maintain compliance with payroll and pension legislation.
Requirements
- Experience processing payroll in a fast-paced, multi-site, multi-contractual environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll and pension legislation.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC reporting, including benefits in kind.
- Ability to follow and enforce payroll policies, processes, and procedures.

- Recognised CIPP payroll qualification.
