Financial Accountant & Payroll Manager (Payroll)

What you will do

• Process payroll for UK and US entities, including payroll-related EOR relationships across the US, UK, and Western Europe.
• Process payroll journals in PayFit and monitor Rippling integrations.
• Process UK and US employee expenses in NetSuite for payroll reimbursement.
• Manage benefit invoices, payments, statutory deductions, and taxes.
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and complete quarterly VAT and group VC accrual calculations.
• Contribute to finance system improvements and special projects directed by the Group Financial Controller.

Requirements

• Prior experience with multi-currency bookkeeping and accounting for statutory entities in the US and UK.
• Working knowledge of Employer-of-Record relationships covering payroll, commission plans, and benefits.
• Familiarity with the NetSuite General Ledger system.
• Ability to manage routine payroll and accounting processes while applying a principles-based approach to non-routine problems.
• Confidence working with directors, senior management, and remote stakeholders across different time zones.
