Digital Operation Solution Project Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; hybrid working model when possible. The position may involve travelling.

What you will do

• Manage digital projects throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality.
• Lead matrix project teams and coordinate customers, development teams, partners, and suppliers.
• Support the definition, development, and deployment of maintenance, maintenance engineering, and fleet management systems.
• Define requirements and functional analyses, prepare business documentation, and develop rapid demonstrators where needed.
• Organize user testing, validate operational procedures, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Support customer queries, incident prioritization, Help Desk training, user training, and continuous service improvements.

Requirements

• A degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English and strong adaptability for working on new topics and in a networking environment.
• Programming experience in C#.
• Advanced knowledge of CATIA.
• Ability to work with project risks, requirements, testing, budgets, customer communication, and delivery quality.
