Location: Hybrid, onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week; UK-based role

What you will do
- Support fashion product range development and help deliver sales, margin, and stock objectives.
- Prepare product, sales, trend, range review, market, and competitor analysis materials.
- Monitor critical paths, maintain accurate product information, and coordinate sample arrivals and updates.
- Liaise with suppliers on samples, product queries, paperwork, test reports, and fit comments.
- Maintain sample libraries and coordinate samples for meetings, promotions, and events.
- Present sales information in weekly meetings and provide administrative support to the buying department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in buying, merchandising, retail administration, or a similar commercial support role.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales data, product information, and reports.
- Commercial awareness and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with buying, planning, supply chain, and supplier teams.
- Proactive, flexible, detail-focused, and adaptable approach with good judgement and problem-solving skills.
