What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, culture, and project context.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for attracting IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, and referrals.
- Write and publish job descriptions, monitor market trends, and adjust recruitment approaches.
- Screen applications, conduct structured and competency-based interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Own the full-cycle IT recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build teams and support hiring for international and multicultural projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles and understanding of terminology related to Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, SQL, and data engineering.
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
- Practical experience conducting structured, competency-based, and other interview formats.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, along with strong communication, organization, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
