Recruitment Specialist | Network & Sales (Temporary 1 Year) @ING Bank

Location: Expo Business Park, Romania; hybrid work with a flexible schedule and short-week options.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment processes for a portfolio of sales network roles in a high-volume environment.
• Create and publish job advertisements, screen CVs, and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates through interviews, Assessment Centers, and other selection methods.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers, provide recruitment guidance, and support business leaders.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, prepare reports using Excel and reporting tools, and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of recruitment processes.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates through various selection methods.
• Good analytical skills and experience with Excel and recruitment reporting tools.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, curiosity, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of the Romanian labour market.
• Experience recruiting for sales, retail, customer-facing, or network-based roles.
• Exposure to Assessment Centers or other structured candidate evaluation methods.
