Recruitment Specialist | Network & Sales (Temporary 1 Year)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid working with a flexible schedule and short-week options.

What you will do

• Manage recruitment processes for a portfolio of sales network roles in a high-volume environment.
• Create and publish job advertisements, screen CVs, and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews and participate in Assessment Centers and other candidate evaluation activities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, communicate with candidates, and maintain timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers, provide recruitment guidance, and monitor recruitment pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports using Excel and other reporting tools and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates through different selection methods.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, maintain quality, and take ownership of recruitment processes.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to continuously improve.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of the Romanian labour market.
• Experience recruiting for sales, retail, customer-facing, or network-based roles.
• Exposure to Assessment Centers or other structured candidate evaluation methods.
