AI Knowledge Management Lead

hirify.global provides commercial software for technology service providers, including managed services and cloud computing providers.

What you will do

• Own the knowledge repository, applying AI-powered search, tagging, summarization, and retrieval practices.
• Lead the creation, review, and continuous updating of software documentation in collaboration with developers, product managers, and customer support.
• Evaluate and pilot AI knowledge tools, copilots, search systems, and automation workflows.
• Build the roadmap for an AI-powered LMS that personalizes learning, generates training content, and identifies knowledge gaps.
• Lead and mentor the Knowledge Management team, including coaching a Technical Writer and managing team performance.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and continuously improve the knowledge management strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Daily, self-directed AI use in real work is required; AI-native fluency is a must-have.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI to knowledge management, documentation, or content workflows with measurable results.
• Experience with software documentation, SaaS applications, Learning Management Systems, and training delivery.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, lead and mentor others, and manage a global team remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Confluence and AI-assisted Learning Management Systems.
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-powered knowledge bases, search tools, or chatbots such as Glean, Guru, or Notion AI.
• Exposure to prompt design, internal AI assistant configuration, creative decision-making, or project design.
