Value Stream Leader - Day Shift (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Own value-stream performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost KPIs.
• Drive performance management, employee development, training, and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other support functions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, and DBS principles in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Deliver improvement and change-management projects through implementation, adoption, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline, or significant manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams to achieve operational results.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment where quality, compliance, and safety are critical.
• Demonstrated success using Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, DBS, or equivalent methods.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how operational performance affects business results.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva, Gensuite, Magic, or similar quality, EHS, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical-device, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
