What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SEL solutions.
- Build product knowledge and educate customers on SEL technology and innovation.
- Prepare quarterly order forecasts and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and report industry, competitor, and customer trends.
- Coordinate customer feedback, product issues, contracts, risk, and accounts receivable activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent education and technical sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or technical sales.
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to travel and communicate effectively.
- Ability to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Fluency in the local language and knowledge of local business practices; satisfactory background check and negative drug test required.

- Experience using SEL products.
- Utility or industrial industry experience.
