What you will do

• Supervise a team of operatives and drivers during the night shift.
• Maintain motivation, fairness, and consistent treatment across the team.
• Plan and take action to achieve service-level targets.
• Communicate business goals and service objectives to team members.
• Ensure safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices.

Requirements

• Experience managing shifts and teams in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage personal and team time effectively with strong attention to detail.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong customer focus and good communication skills.
• Availability for Monday-Friday shifts from 23:30 to 08:00, with the shift ending Saturday at 08:00.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
