hirify.global operates a global derivatives marketplace offering listed derivatives and cash products across interest rates, equities, foreign exchange, commodities, energy, agriculture, and metals.

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with existing buy-side clients across Greater China and the wider APAC region.
• Generate new business by communicating the value of hirify.global’s products and services to asset managers, hedge funds, insurers, pension funds, endowments, investment trusts, and sovereign wealth funds.
• Promote listed derivatives, cash products, OTC-cleared financial products, and corporate membership opportunities across hirify.global asset classes.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline, record client activity in CRM, and execute campaigns and regional buy-side growth initiatives.
• Work with product management, marketing and education, research, clearing, and operations teams to position products and support cross-selling.
• Engage buy-side associations and participate in relevant industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales or client-facing experience in the front office of an exchange operator, bank, broker, trading firm, or technology vendor.
• Strong understanding of the Greater China and Hong Kong buy-side landscape and firm structures.
• Detailed knowledge of exchange-traded futures and options, including one or more of equities, interest rates, FX, energy, agriculture, and metals, plus OTC-cleared financial products.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline, convert leads into revenue opportunities, analyze trends, and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, Tableau, and SQL databases.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, commercial, and collaboration skills are expected.

• Existing relationships with Greater China buy-side clients.
• Experience in electronic trading within traditional markets.
• Degree in economics, finance, computer science, mathematics, or another analytical discipline.
