IT Engineer (Gaming)

Location: Onsite in Katowice, Poland, with a hybrid option after onboarding; minimum 3 days onsite and up to 2 remote days per week.

Salary: Starting from 7,500 PLN gross per month under a Contract of Employment.

What you will do

• Provide daily technical support to developers and staff, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and workstation issues.
• Prepare, configure, maintain, and track workstations, hardware assets, and software licenses.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, onboarding, offboarding, MFA, and security policies across company systems.
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery procedures, patching cycles, vulnerability checks, and hybrid network infrastructure.
• Configure and support wired and wireless networks, hybrid and internet-facing services, and modern authentication.
• Set up and operate streaming, recording, camera, microphone, and sound equipment for company events.

Requirements

• Polish at advanced level (C1 minimum) and English at intermediate level (B2 minimum).
• Hands-on experience with IT support, hardware setup, Windows troubleshooting, device management, and patch management.
• Experience administering wired and wireless networks, IT security practices, backup tools, and ticketing or asset inventory systems.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, groups, licenses, MFA, and conditional access.
• Experience administering and integrating hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments and securing internet-facing services.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools for automation, plus strong communication, ownership, and self-organization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with game development environments, workflows, and tools.
• Experience with console development kits and platform-holder requirements, or willingness to learn in an NDA-bound environment.
• Linux administration experience.
• Security and compliance auditing experience for internal or third-party infrastructure.
