Junior Global Service Desk Analyst with German (all genders)

Location: Hybrid work model in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees experiencing IT-related issues.
• Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and workplace technologies.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Handle calls and support tickets, document incidents in ServiceNow, and meet agreed service levels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate unresolved incidents, and coordinate with specialist teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across countries and IT functions and participate in on-call rotations when required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written German and English communication skills are required.
• Advanced ability to gather, monitor, and document data.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented approach, willingness to learn, and interest in technology.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT service desk operations and ServiceNow.
• Experience troubleshooting PCs and laptops and providing end-user support.
• Experience with computer, network, or server-related IT support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory Services, MS Exchange, VPN, networking, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365.
