Industrialization Project Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Location: Primarily onsite at Tier 1 partner factories in Eastern Thailand, including Rayong and Chonburi; approximately 40% travel within the region and occasional international travel across Southeast Asia

What you will do

• Own manufacturing readiness and mass-production performance at Tier 1 suppliers.
• Act as the engineering interface between R&D, Quality, Operations, hirify.global, and manufacturing partners.
• Resolve production, process, quality, and equipment issues through structured problem-solving, 8D, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor FPY, yield, capacity, cycle time, productivity, OEE, defect mitigation, and factory maturity.
• Ensure manufacturing changes and ECOs are implemented effectively and production processes remain stable throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support customer visits, audits, and critical factory activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, supplier management, production engineering, or quality, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Experience transferring products into production, scaling manufacturing, and improving mass-production performance.
• Strong communication skills in English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work mainly onsite at partner factories in Rayong, Chonburi, and the surrounding Eastern Thailand region, with approximately 40% travel.

• Manufacturing test experience or knowledge.
