• Drive development of scalable, high-performance ad tech systems including targeting, bidding, and auction optimization tools.
• Engage with top advertisers and publishers to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Monitor competitive landscape and introduce innovative product features.

Requirements/Требования

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in ad tech, programmatic advertising, or mobile monetization
• Proven track record launching and scaling DSP, exchange, or mediation products.
• Strong understanding of real-time bidding, auction mechanics, and performance optimization.
• Leadership experience managing and developing product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency to collaborate on architecture, scalability, and data quality.
