Data & AI Enablement Lead

Location: Onsite at Barlow, Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Calgary and Brampton are listed as locations. No travel is required.

What you will do

• Translate the enterprise Data & AI enablement strategy into scalable programs, communities, tools, and initiatives.
• Develop a centralized destination for tools, standards, learning resources, use cases, and success stories.
• Build persona-based learning pathways, awareness programs, and enablement initiatives.
• Partner with business units, architects, and platform teams to connect users with trusted data, fit-for-purpose solutions, and reusable assets.
• Establish metrics for adoption, data and AI literacy, self-service utilization, community engagement, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in Data and AI enablement, community building, change management, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience delivering adoption, enablement, or business transformation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building communities of practice, self-service programs, knowledge platforms, or enterprise learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, AI ecosystems, and enterprise adoption factors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with modern data and AI platforms and a collaborative leadership style.
