Senior Change Manager - Data Capability & Adoption (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise change governance system and AI literacy strategy supporting Data & AI adoption.
• Oversee the landing, embedding, and continuous adoption of Data & AI products across merchandising, operations, customer, and enterprise domains.
• Establish adoption metrics, baseline usage, track value realisation, and measure operational impact.
• Design change impact rubrics, business readiness gateways, and adoption Definition of Done standards.
• Embed change and adoption criteria into agile product lifecycles, sprint planning, and vendor Statements of Work.
• Lead and develop 2–4 pillar-aligned Change Managers and vendor change partners while engaging product leaders and executives.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing change management specialists in matrixed product delivery environments.
• Proven experience orchestrating third-party vendors and evaluating change and enablement deliverables.
• Deep expertise in change governance, business readiness frameworks, capability matrices, training architectures, and adoption measurement.
• Ability to influence Product Leaders, Delivery Leads, and executives without formal authority.
• Strong exposure to Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and related business workflows.
• Experience partnering with People & Culture or Learning & Development teams on enterprise transformation.
