Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client implementations, upgrades, and enterprise hosting migrations for institutional buy-side solutions.
• Establish project governance across scope, schedule, budget, risks, decisions, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Maintain program plans, RAID logs, status reports, resource forecasts, financial tracking, and change control.
• Coordinate client, internal, cross-functional, and third-party teams while managing dependencies and delivery bottlenecks.
• Set quality standards and acceptance criteria, and oversee client readiness, training, cutover, and transition to production.
• Contribute to PMO standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, multi-year technology implementations.
• Experience implementing financial systems within a bank, insurance company, or asset manager is highly valued.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience managing vendors, third-party dependencies, statements of work, contract deliverables, budgets, forecasting, and change orders.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, and program dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience leading large-scale client implementations within a global management consulting firm.
