Organisational Change Manager (AI)

Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia; in-person collaboration is prioritised.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements and define compelling cases for change aligned with strategic outcomes.
• Co-design and facilitate ideation, problem-definition, and other workshops for complex business challenges.
• Assess organisational readiness, digital maturity, and change impacts using structured frameworks and data-driven insights.
• Design and deliver integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
• Translate ERP, digital, and AI-enabled transformations into changes in people, processes, and behaviours.
• Support pre-sales, proposal development, client capability building, mentoring, and practice growth.

Requirements

• NV2 Australian Government Security Clearance is required.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering organisational change in complex transformation environments.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end organisational change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Experience with training design and delivery, facilitation, curriculum design, and modern learning approaches.
• Understanding of digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI, and their impact on organisations and ways of working.
• Strong communication, facilitation, consulting, human-centred design, and agile working capabilities.

Nice to have

• Consulting environment experience, including client-facing delivery or pre-sales activities.
• Experience building change capability and supporting continuous improvement.
