What you will do

• Lead legal support for site selection, property, planning, leasing, and land acquisition workstreams across the APJ region.
• Review and negotiate legal contracts and provide practical, commercial advice on property and planning matters.
• Support the development and improvement of commercial arrangements, contractual frameworks, policies, and procedures for data centre expansion.
• Monitor property, foreign investment, planning, and regulatory developments and drive compliance initiatives, training, and process improvements.
• Advise on claims and disputes and support related strategic initiatives across energy, construction, development, and procurement.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 8 years of real property experience gained in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
• Experience advising across a broad range of property-related matters in APJ markets; planning experience is advantageous.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders autonomously and efficiently.
• Ability to provide practical legal advice, manage risk, and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
