What you will do

• Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of sales and business reports, dashboards, views, and user data.
• Track KPI reports, sales bookings, revenue, commitments, targets, overrides, and disconnects.
• Implement new business reports within established reporting frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Train and support end users with report access and sales business processes.
• Provide business continuity support for sales processes, CRM, and forecasting issues.
• Extract financial, statistical, and other data to support regional products, services, and financial targets.

Requirements

• Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a relevant discipline.
• General business knowledge developed through education or previous experience.
• Ability to use established procedures to solve standard problems and analyze information.
• Ability to communicate straightforward information, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
• Suitable for a new college graduate with no supervisory responsibilities.
