Specialist, Customer Relationship (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Guangzhou (TTMT), China; onsite work with occasional travel and overtime required

What you will do

• Monitor key programs and drive improvements across new opportunities.
• Support customer qualification programs, site qualifications, key projects, and new technology approvals.
• Support revenue forecasts, customer site audits, and customer visits by coordinating reserved production capacity.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify customer needs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales on the quote-to-cash process and order processing.
• Manage customer loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance, and flexibility against forecasts and demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and customer relationship management.
• Experience with international business and customer account management is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin are required.
• Self-motivated, independent, data-oriented, collaborative, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to solve problems under pressure.
