Account Executive (Refrigeration)

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by identifying needs and delivering value-based refrigeration solutions.
• Manage customer opportunities, project pipelines, qualification, progression, forecasting, and follow-through to achieve revenue targets.
• Apply consultative selling techniques to connect customer requirements with hirify.global products and solutions.
• Share technical, product, and market knowledge throughout the sales process.
• Prepare and deliver clear customer discussions, proposals, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate account, pipeline, and forecast information in CRM and sales tools.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in B2B or technical sales.
• Experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration is required.
• Consultative selling, opportunity management, and customer-needs analysis skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools; Salesforce is relevant, but other CRM platforms are acceptable.
• Legal authorization to work in China is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience selling technical, engineered, or solutions-based offerings.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Technical background or diploma in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or systems-focused engineering.
• Experience with refrigeration companies or brands such as Daikin or Johnson Controls.
