What you will do
- Process fund transactions in the accounting system and assess their impact on net asset value.
- Prepare NAV packages and supporting schedules for senior review.
- Process fund expenses, payments, fee billing, and collections.
- Support audits and the preparation of financial statements.
- Manage client queries and deliverables in line with service-level agreements and operational controls.
- For applicable clients, support custody, subscription and redemption, capital call, distribution, trade monitoring, and money movement processes.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in fund administration, finance, investment management, or fund audit is preferred but not required.
- Completion of or interest in a professional accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or CFA is an asset.
- Permanent full-time availability.
