What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor master data and invoice processing.
- Process payment runs, month-end activities, GRIR, and other accounts payable tasks.
- Follow accounts payable policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, and process flows.
- Work with the local finance team to improve and streamline accounts payable processes.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and maintain effective controls and compliance.
Requirements
- Higher or professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- At least 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- The position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
