Account Receivable Representative

What you will do

• Apply customer payments and remittances to open invoices in SAP within agreed service levels.
• Reconcile cash application offset entries and accounts receivable balances accurately and on time.
• Process offsets, check requests, bad debt and dispute write-offs, B-Codes, and lockbox transactions.
• Verify that checks, EDI payments, wires, bank deposits, and SAP records are reconciled daily.
• Resolve overpayments, short payments, unallocated cash, and unknown payments with the Collection Team.
• Support SOX and statutory audits while maintaining compliance with finance policies and standard processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or an equivalent discipline.
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English are required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to complete accounting tasks accurately.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze cash application issues.
• SAP experience or shared services experience is advantageous.
