Finance Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and support the full spectrum of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial accounting activities.
• Perform daily settlements and reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
• Resolve settlement discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate financial records, internal controls, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Meet financial reporting deadlines and respond to internal and external finance enquiries.
• Identify process gaps and support AI and automation adoption while validating system outputs and handling exceptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including full sets of accounts and AP/AR.
• Experience with MS Office, Excel, SAP B1, and accounting software.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
• Strong attention to accuracy, reconciliation, reporting deadlines, and compliance-sensitive financial activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with regional Southeast Asian taxation.
