Sr. Manager, Order to Revenue Process Compliance

Location: Central United States or West Coast United States

Salary: $141,900–$243,850 USD annually, depending on pay zone; annual performance bonus and equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Lead usage remediation and categorize and resolve SLA and usage issues affecting customers and financial accuracy.
• Run mandatory cross-functional root-cause analyses with Engineering for finance-impacting issues.
• Maintain metrics, reporting, and data assets supporting leadership decisions, project prioritization, financial reserves, and revenue recognition adjustments.
• Govern partnership terms, create and maintain standard operating procedures, and oversee outbound partner reporting workstreams.
• Sign off on operational outcomes and collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to convert usage insights into process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience with business partnering, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and consumption-based revenue recognition or accounting.
• Experience managing operational workflows, establishing SOPs, and conducting root-cause analyses in complex systems.
• Experience writing SQL; previous Databricks experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work from the Central United States or West Coast United States.
