Location: Hybrid, four days per week in the downtown Seattle office, Seattle, WA, US

Salary: $80,000–$132,000 annual

hirify.global is a retail company hiring five Senior Financial Analysts across inventory, digital, merchandising, and store operations.

What you will do

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance planning and analysis, including close and variance analysis, as well as annual and long-term financial planning.
• Own reporting and planning for assigned KPIs and cost centers, supporting short-term forecasts and long-range plans.
• Develop and improve financial models and scalable tools using multiple data sources and KPIs to analyze performance and predict trends.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into insights for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to communicate trade-offs, priorities, risks, and recommendations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses, present findings to senior leadership, and improve automation, reporting, reconciliation, controls, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate Senior Financial Analyst or related analyst role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience owning forecasting and budgeting, close variance analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Ability to influence business decisions through data storytelling and recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and develop processes and deliverables with minimal direction.
• Meticulous attention to detail and focus on data integrity, controls, and accuracy.
• Intellectual curiosity and a continuous-improvement mindset, including proactively identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Anaplan, Tableau, Hyperion Essbase, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience presenting financial data to senior or executive leadership.
