Full Stack Software Engineer - Sponsorships

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, with remote work listed

Salary: $140,000–$260,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Build frontend, backend, and occasional mobile features that help creators benefit from sponsorship opportunities.
• Contribute to product direction through brainstorming, prototyping, and development of new experiences.
• Own work from product concept and research through implementation and deployment.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, support staff, sponsorship partners, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain production systems using TypeScript, Node/Express, React, and Postgres.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently, lead initiatives, and own deliverables in a small team.
• High standards for production systems and product quality.
• Interest in building elegant, user-focused product experiences.
• Willingness to work across the technology stack and collaborate with a diverse group of contributors.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ML technology.
