Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office in New York City or San Francisco

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain products and systems powering the core platform.
• Deliver full-stack solutions in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Write technical blueprints and documentation for proposed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering quality.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and improve product outcomes.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, humility, and openness to new ideas.
• Experience or familiarity with React, React Native, Node, Express, MongoDB, Render, Check, Stripe, and TypeScript.
• Ability to work in the hybrid approach from a reasonable commute to the New York City or San Francisco office.
