Principal Business Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina, United States; remote work with a few in-office visits each year. Onsite expectations depend on the role and distance from the Durham headquarters.

Salary: $118,691.00–$189,906.00 annually, plus an annual incentive bonus and total rewards benefits.

What you will do

• Provide internal consulting and change leadership for complex, ambiguous enterprise-level business problems.
• Facilitate decision-making and strategic planning workshops with senior leaders across multiple departments.
• Develop enterprise business architecture models and connect business strategy with capabilities, people, processes, technology, and information.
• Translate strategic priorities into business roadmaps and annual project portfolios.
• Analyze current and future business states, performance gaps, root causes, and behavior patterns.
• Monitor industry, technology, infrastructure, legal, and regulatory trends and turn them into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with business consulting, strategic planning, business architecture, process engineering, influence, and leadership.
• Ability to work in the United States and attend the office occasionally as required by the Remote Flex arrangement.
