Travel Nurse Recruiter

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $70,000 starting annually, plus commissions

What you will do

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term travel assignments.
• Proactively contact prospective candidates, understand their needs, and qualify them for opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals.
• Educate candidates on the personal and professional benefits of travel healthcare careers.
• Generate leads through recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Work toward recruiting goals while pursuing continuous improvement and career advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent sales or staffing experience may be considered.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in sales, staffing agency work, or another metrics-driven role.
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Client-centered mindset and passion for customer service.
• Commitment to creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals.
