AI Engineer

Location: Hybrid, New York, NY; work from the NYC headquarters

Salary: $250K–$300K base, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is a Series B SaaS company building an AI-driven platform for event marketing intelligence and meeting-based pipeline generation.

What you will do

• Research, build, and ship AI-powered product capabilities using AI agents, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and machine learning.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions that improve workflows, accelerate insights, and create measurable value.
• Own the architecture and integration of agentic chat capabilities across the platform.
• Design systems that enable AI agents to reason, take action, and use internal data, external tools, and user workflows.
• Architect multi-tenant AI infrastructure for performance, latency, and cost requirements in a growing B2B SaaS product.
• Establish observability, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while collaborating with product, data science, application engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software or data engineering experience, including 3+ years building AI/ML-driven products.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, and data pipelines using Airflow, Dagster, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Production experience with LLMs and generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM deployment.
• Strong data science and machine learning fundamentals, product delivery experience, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
