About the Role

You will own operational workflows and cases from investigation through closure. You will diagnose incidents using logs, traces, and dashboards, determine whether issues originate with providers or integrations, document follow-up actions, maintain CRM data with SQL, configure monitoring and alerts, and automate manual processes with scripts, workflow tools, and AI.

Requirements

• Have prior operational knowledge and experience
• Have experience using SQL to edit and maintain CRM data
• Technical experience reading integrations and request and response data is a plus
• Scripting experience with Python or JavaScript is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own operational workflows from beginning to end
• Manage every assigned case through closure
• Investigate incidents using logs traces and dashboards
• Determine whether failures originate with providers integrations or internal systems
• Coordinate with providers and follow incidents through resolution
• Define actionable follow-up steps after incidents
• Read integration request and response data
• Write Python or JavaScript scripts
• Use SQL to edit and maintain CRM data
• Use Datadog to monitor systems and configure alerts
• Work with webhooks retries timeouts and idempotency in REST APIs
• Identify and automate manual processes using n8n Zapier or scripts
• Apply AI to analysis case classification and process optimization
