IT Support Specialist (AI)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; hybrid, with 1–3 days per week in the office and occasional work from home

What you will do

• Resolve employee tickets through the help desk using AI-powered tools for triage and troubleshooting.
• Document recurring issues, fixes, and processes to expand the internal knowledge base.
• Manage audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, events, and office operations.
• Diagnose macOS, hardware, peripheral, and office technology issues.
• Order and provision equipment, maintain inventory, and support office space setup with the Workplace Experience team.
• Provide onboarding support, local assistance for Argentina-based employees, and escalation follow-through for complex issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with help desk ticketing systems.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to work efficiently.
• Experience supporting audiovisual setups for meetings, presentations, and larger events.
• Comfort troubleshooting macOS environments and provisioning accounts and hardware for new hires.
• Ability to perform physical in-office work, including setting up desks, provisioning equipment, supporting new office spaces, and lifting up to 20 lb.
• Availability to work full-time from the Buenos Aires office, with potential travel to other office locations and occasional work from home.
