Talent Growth & Program Manager (Remote West Coast)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a West Coast focus

Salary: $86,400–$198,700 USD annual total target compensation, depending on geographic zone

What you will do

• Design and maintain career paths across 150 career tracks, including skills, behavioral expectations, and progression criteria.
• Build governance with subject matter experts and connect career architecture with recruiting, onboarding, performance, mobility, workforce planning, and rewards.
• Drive internal mobility processes, documentation, stakeholder enablement, and continuous improvement.
• Manage hirify.global’s two annual performance review cycles, including timelines, dependencies, readiness gates, communications, and retrospectives.
• Partner with HRIS and IT on Workday design, configuration, testing, adoption, and workflow improvements.
• Translate program data into insights and recommendations, including opportunities to apply AI and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Experience in talent management, performance management, HR, or organizational development, including ownership of a recurring program.
• Ability to manage complex, interdependent workstreams independently and operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Hands-on Workday experience; Talent or Performance module configuration or testing exposure is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across functions, levels, and regions.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting program data and using AI tools to improve analysis.
• Willingness to mentor and share knowledge with junior colleagues.
