Leasing Consultant (Student Housing)

Location: Lark at Kohl, Madison, Wisconsin, United States; work is performed at the assigned property.

What you will do

• Provide customer communication, community tours, amenity tours, and leasing support.
• Execute sales, engagement, social media, communication, and local marketing initiatives.
• Share feedback on sales barriers and customer objections with management.
• Manage packages and support general community, market, and policy administration.
• Help maintain the office, clubhouse, grounds, amenities, organization, and cleanliness.
• Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests and assist with after-hours lockout duties.

Requirements

• Reliability, self-discipline, and a strong work ethic.
• Availability during summer, holidays, and turn periods.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Availability for daytime business hours and an after-hours on-call rotation.
