Project Controls Lead (Mission Critical/Data Center)

Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin corporate office; travel to various project sites required, up to 75% of the time.

What you will do

• Work with Operations to coordinate budgeting, scheduling, and project control processes.
• Monitor project goals, objectives, and delivery within prescribed parameters.
• Support data center and mission-critical projects involving medium-voltage duct banks, substation feeds, underground transmission, and campus distribution systems.
• Develop and implement standard project control procedures.
• Train new employees and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, plus 5+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of accounting and business operations.
• Experience with project cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to various project sites.

Nice to have

• B2W Software experience.
• Knowledge of P6.
• Michels Underground Cable experience or extensive construction industry knowledge.
