DoW Acquisition Analyst (Federal Acquisition)

Location: On-site in Bedford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year, depending on education and experience

What you will do

• Support Government program leadership with acquisition and contract documentation throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop and refine Performance Work Statements, Statements of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists, acquisition strategies, and related artifacts.
• Prepare pre-award materials, including source selection plans, evaluation criteria, and Justification & Approval packages.
• Support technical evaluations, document findings, and provide recommendations to program leadership.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Contracting Officers to support efficient acquisition execution.
• Track contract correspondence and support program reviews, technical discussions, design reviews, and contract lifecycle management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience supporting DoW acquisition program offices or similar Federal acquisition environments.
• Experience developing SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, and/or CDRLs, as well as supporting acquisition planning and requirements development.
• Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement.
• Experience supporting technical evaluations and communicating findings and recommendations clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Secret security clearance required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and in an integrated team are also required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ACAT I or Major Defense Acquisition Programs, particularly in the Air Force domain.
• Experience with Cost-Plus and Firm Fixed Price contract types.
• Familiarity with DoW or U.S. Air Force acquisition processes and organizations.
